Summary: Through two webinars and a workshop NGI Zero and the ActivityPub-community will showcase to national and European administrations how the decentralized social networking protocol ActivityPub can help European institutions retake their online presence.

Co-authors of the official ActivityPub W3C Recommendation, advocates of the ActivityPub-community and developers of the federated universe will engage with representatives of European and national institutions including the European Commission, the European Data Protection Supervisor and European Parliament about the possibilities of federation and how the European Commission can announce important events on the federated universe (also known as the āfediverseā).
