TCPLS – Transport Layer Security Ext

TCPLS is an extension to Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3 that closely couples TLS with one of the most important Internet protocols: TCP. This allows greater extensibility for TCP by overcoming the limits of TCP Options and by limiting middlebox interference.
