At WorldBrain.io we are developing Memex, a privacy-focused, open-source & offline-first browser extension for web-research organisation and collaboration. Today, users can full-text search their web history and annotate, tag, bookmark and sort websites into collections. Our proposed ledger project aims to provide web users (students, academics, journalists, policy makers) with improved access to quality information by sharing, accessing and building on each other's knowledge graphs. With our R&D we anticipate shared gains for the larger P2P ecosystem by developing data models and technology for P2P collaborative features, and by making it easier to develop distributed applications.
