Patio is an open-sourced ledger-based proptech data hub, generated and owned by neighbours. Patio connects smart building data (secured in Distributed ledger Technologies, DLTs) to a SaaS management tool for Home Owners Associations. This software-hardware architecture allows to plug and play shared services to jointly owned residential properties: smart metering (light, water, gas), smart energy (solar self-consumption, EV, savings), smart maintenance (lift, garage doors), smart access, smart geo-location services and smart neighbourhood data sharing.
