The main advantage of registering these screenshots of your software program is to obtain enforceable and registered rights efficiently in many jurisdictions.
The name(s) and logo(s) you use for your software can also be registered as a trademark(s) in the countries that present a commercial interest to you.
In this webinar, we will analyse how to select the appropriate rights to create value, increase your balance sheet, and how to select the best appropriate way to protect said rights.

Having a Master degree in IP law, Olivier has worked for several years as an in-house IP lawyer in major companies of the luxury goods, software and heavy industry sectors in Paris.
He is specialised in trademarks, domain names and design registrations, including trademark clearance searches, as well as in software protection. He also handles consulting, litigation and contracting with regard to all IP rights and conducting financial valuation analyses. He has been working for Office Freylinger, Luxembourg since 2002.
