FreeFED4FIRE+ WEBINAR #3 | GPULAB TESTBED
GPULab is a distributed system for running jobs in GPU-enabled Docker-containers. GPULab consists out of a set of heterogeneous clusters, each with their own characteristics (GPU model, CPU speed, memory, bus speed, etc.), allowing the user to select the most appropriate hardware. Each job runs isolated within a Docker containers with dedicated CPUs, GPUs and memory for maximum performance.
This webinar will provide an overview of the GPULab resources, the different ways of experimenting with GPULab and a hands-on tutorial experiment.
TARGET AUDIENCE
The intended audience is hands-on experimenters who want to use (large) testbeds to put their research on a higher level. Background required: basic linux know-how and know how to use ssh to login on a remote computer.
