Through our certification management system we ensure the legal compliance, local communities approval and the promotion of sustainable practices for every listing. This system arises from the requirement of ensuring a selection of guests, hosts and listings that are legal and ethical, and concerned about the well-being of the local community and environmental issues. Is thanks to this that Fairbnb.coop can create value compared to other platforms.
