Repetitive identity checks for health workers are a problem across the world. NHS estimates 100,000 days per year of clinical time are lost on just on junior doctors. Up to 65% of checks fail due to missing or outdated documentation and examples of fraudulent doctors practicing in US, Australia and UK. During training, doctors can move hospitals 10 times on average resulting in wasted time away from patients and high levels of administration.
